Kay Boggis – Stop Frame Animation – Chip Shop Story
As part of the Stop Motion Unit we had to do a lip syncing animation
with potatoes and lip movements made out of plasticine. Each group voice
recorded a conversation that another group used for lip syncing. During this
unit we was introduced to bar sheets and letter lines which we used to help us
figure out work out how long we should to each lip movement.
Looking back at the animation and process that went into making we had some problems with lip syncing not matching up with the mouth movements like I hoped but mostly the software we used was not working well on the PC I was working on. Overall I am proud and happy with the final outcome of the animation we have been working on.
