Ben Newman - 2D animation editing

After creating a simple and boring animation of a character walkcycle across the screen, I put it into Adobe AfterEffects and experimented with the different video effects that AfterEffects had to offer.

I used many video effects such as Star burst, Mercury, Bubbles and Shatter, I think these effects are pretty cool and are certainly interesting but I'm not exactly sure how useful they're going to be in future other than maybe the drizzle effect which looks like puddles being hit by the rain and to pair with it the rainfall and snowfall effects which I didn't add to the animated reel but I can see being useful maybe for future projects.
